To retain a licence to operate we must serve our customers, employees, communities, and shareholders effectively. 

We pride ourselves on a disciplined approach to capital allocation, but we also recognise that our long-term investment success is a product not only of how we manage our businesses but also how we conduct ourselves and operate in the broader community.
