The model is supported by our 4C drivers: Cadence, Capital, Culture, and Capability, which provide a competitive advantage and underpin performance. Together, they promote financial discipline, continuous improvement, and high-performance leadership, while embedding consistent standards and best practice throughout the organisation. This structured approach ensures clarity, alignment, and accountability across all levels, and provides a scalable foundation for growth.
The model is built around four concentric layers:
- Centre: The SGH star anchors our model, representing our purpose
- Layer 1: Our outcome-based objectives, TSR outperformance and sustainable, value-led growth
- Layer 2: How we deliver, disciplined execution across our pillars of People, Operations, Assets, and Financials
- Layer 3: What defines us, domestic focus, privileged assets, long-duration demand, and accountability
- Layer 4: What the model looks like in action
